The refund policy is simple: if you aren't satisfied with your animal portrait, you will get your money refunded in full.

Kathryn will work with you via digital progress photos so you can offer your input and make sure the portrait is just right. Your portrait will be shipped to you only after you have seen and approved the final digital image.

Even if you approve the digital image but change your mind when you see it in person, you still have 30 days to return it for further adjustments or a full refund, at your discretion.
